Vermilion Boatworks, formerly Wilson Marine, celebrated its 17th year in 2008. The business was started in 1991 by Mike Wilson who operated it out of his garage. To keep up with the demand, he and his wife Barb, opened Wilson Marine Sales & Service in 1996. They started adding new boats and motors and grew the business into the full-service dealership that it is today.
