We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE submitting parts requests online. We read our e-mails everyday and will handle your request as soon as we possibly can.

All e-mails will be viewed the SAME day they are received with two exceptions, 1) the e-mail is received after 5:30PM central time in which case it will be read the following day, or 2) the e-mail is received on a Sunday.

We will then contact you via e-mail or phone to let you know if the part is in stock or when we would receive it, the cost of the part and other necessary information. For parts requests on older models,1996 and older, we will handle them as soon as we can. At times, this information is not easily obtainable and often requires research.
