All e-mails will be viewed the day they are received with two exceptions, 1) the e-mail is received after 5:30PM Central time, in which case it will be read the following day, or, 2)the e-mail is received on a Sunday. We will then contact you via e-mail or phone, your preference, to let you know when it is scheduled to be looked at.
